Just a few things today –
IT’S GAME DAY –
Climb out from underneath the afghan and head to the rink toKNIGHT as the boys take on the st.louis pk orioles in a crucial North Suburban Game. JV starts at 5 and Varsity at 7. Bring a camera and take pictures – we’re trying to put a DVD of the season together and we need pictures or film.
THE KODAK MOMENT –
I know people took pictures with their camera phones at the spring lake park game of the captains in the penalty box. If you can get the picture to me I would really appreciate it.
MOVE OVER SID HARTMAN –
Our very own Travis Baker is in today’s Star Tribune as part of a 3 part series on High School Sports. It is a roundtable discussion of the good, bad and ugly of prep sports. The series starts today with the 2nd and 3rd parts the next two Fridays – Today’s Article is called “A Changing Culture” you can find the article in the sports section on page C-8. Nice Job Trav!
WARM PANCAKES –
Tomorrow is the day of our Pancake Breakfast and Silent Auction Fundraiser. Our breakfast runs from 8-10:30 at Moe’s in Mounds View. Get the tickets sold and stop by for a great breakfast and get your bid in on some great items.
